Hello! Please check off all the events for which you would like to join us this month.

Parents' Night Out is a site- and community-based program that provides children and teens with events that provide them with the opportunity to interact with their peers. In the meantime, parents and guardians are afforded time for themselves.

This form is only for families who have already registered with Advancing Opportunities. If you are interested in participating in Parents' Night Out, please contact Jennifer Palmer, at jpalmer@advopps.org.

You can also reach Jennifer Palmer at the office at, 973-426-1522, ext. 113. During PNO events, she can be reached on the PNO cell, at 973-580-7937. Please register as early in the month as possible to allow for staffing arrangements.
Today, we will gather with our friends for an afternoon of listening to music, crafts, construction toys and games, and socializing together. If the weather is dry, we will go outside on the playground or take a walk, but it might be muddy, so boots are recommended. Dress warmly with gloves and a hat.
Please pack a peanut- and tree-nut–free bagged lunch and drink. PNO will provide hot chicken noodle soup.
    When: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: First Presbyterian Church of Sparta, Education Annex, 32 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871
Next week is National Library Week! Tonight, we’ll read some stories and make some colorful bookmarks to take home. Feel free to bring a favorite picture book or short story to share with the group. We will have our usual games and toys. Bring a sweater as this site can run a little cool.
Please have dinner at home and pack a peanut and tree-nut–free snack and drink.
    When: 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Where: Center for Healthier Living, Medical Arts Bldg., 108 Bilby Rd., Ste. 101, Hackettstown, NJ 07840
We will meet at Panera for dinner and then walk downstairs for a G- or PG-rated movie. PNO will provide dinner, the movie ticket, and a movie snack. When I confirm your registration, I will inform you of the movie choice and confirm the beginning and ending times of this event.
    When: TBA (about 5:30 to 9:00 p.m.)
Where: Panera Bread and the Sparta Theatre, 25 Centre St., Sparta NJ 07870
Tonight, it should be light enough and warm enough to finally have some playground time—so wear a jacket! When we come back inside, it will be time for recycled art in honor of Earth Day. We’ll also have our usual play dough, toys and games, and music.
Please eat dinner at home and bring a peanut- and tree-nut–free snack and drink.

We’ll have a spring-themed art activity with some drawing supplies; we will also enjoy some read-aloud time. Feel free to bring a CD to share. If the weather is good, we’ll take a walk outside. Limited transportation may be available back to the office after the event.
