Notice of Proposed Readoption with Amendments Announced
An Advance Notice of Proposed Readoption with Amendments: N.J.A.C 10:46, Determination of Eligibility, was published on the New Jersey Department of Human Services’ Public Notices site on August 22, 2019. There is a 30-day informal public comment period, which ends September 22, 2019.
