The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is pleased to release the 2018 Timeline for Graduates Aging Out of the School System. The timeline also provides a handy checklist.
Please note that all new graduates born after January 1, 1997, must go through the full intake process—including the completion and submission of the DDD Intake Application and supporting documentation—to ensure eligibility.
